- Accounts are created after admin approval
- You must provide accurate information

3. How the Platform Works
- You create invoices for your clients
- We may review invoices before sending
- Clients pay through shared invoice
- We deduct a platform fee
- Remaining balance is paid out to you (weekly)
4. Payments & Fees
- Payments are processed by verified payment processor
- Platform fees are deducted per transaction
- Fees may change with notice
5. Payouts
- Payouts are processed on a weekly basis
- Delays may occur due to banking or compliance checks
- You are responsible for providing correct bank details
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Nine-2 for legitimate business purposes only
- Send invoices only for real products/services
- Comply with applicable laws and tax obligations
7. Restricted Use
You must not:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity
- Create fake invoices
- Misuse payment systems or process unauthorized transactions
8. Verification & Compliance
We may request identity or business verification at any time.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
- You are responsible for disputes with your clients
- Chargebacks may lead to fund holds or account restrictions
10. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Suspicious activity is detected
- Compliance requirements are not met
11. Platform Role
Nine-2 is a technology platform, not a bank or financial institution.
All payments are processed by verified payment processor.
12. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Payment failures or delays
- Losses due to disputes or chargebacks
- Indirect or incidental damages
